Volunteer Opportunities


	PITTSBURGH CARES: Volunteering Made Easy!

Pittsburgh Cares is committed to preserving the privacy of its volunteers. We do not sell, rent, lend, or swap our mailing list or our e-mail list with other organizations or businesses under any circumstances. The information you choose to provide about yourself as a Pittsburgh Cares volunteer remains within the Pittsburgh Cares office, and all persons with access to our volunteer data have signed confidentiality pledges.

So that our volunteer projects run smoothly, we do provide your name, e-mail address, and telephone number to Pittsburgh Cares project coordinators. They may use this information to remind you about the project, provide you with directions and any other necessary project information, and thank you and seek your feedback after projects.

We also ask that our service partners -- the places where you volunteer through Pittsburgh Cares -- not collect contact or other information from you and that you not be added to their mailing lists or receive fundraising solicitations from them. Please let the Pittsburgh Cares office know if you feel that your privacy has been violated while volunteering at a Pittsburgh Cares service project.
